Starting few week I feel so tired walking even short distance and breath heavily. I went to see a doctor and she gave me in hailer. So far didn't do much. She said she doesn't think it was asma as well. I am a mother of an autistic daugther and living and being healthy is so important to me. my email address -

Another common cause of feeling fatigue and shortness of breath with activity is anemia. I would return to your primary care doctor for some basic blood work including a CBC.
