Have Trouble Holding Urine. Cannot Pee Straight. Had 4 Strokes. Treatment?

Hi Dr im 71 had 4 storokes, Short term memory, and i am haveing trouble holding my urin, i am afraid to drink water now, at night i have to get up around 3 times to go, my problum seems to getting worst real fast now. i have very little pressure, my urin just free falls, makes it real tough for me, i have never been circumsized , i can not pee straight these days, Should i buy something to help hold my urine all night? and right noe my dungerees are wet, im so embarresed

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have increase frequency of urination,urgency, poor stream,and nocturnal frequency.
All these symptoms aat this ge are suggestive of due to Enlarged Prostate.

However tis can be confirmed only on clinical and digital rectal examination by a qualified Urologist.
Please consult qualified urologist for detail clinical evaluation and basic investigations like Ultrasound scanning of the abdomen to confirm the diagnosis.

Further treatment will be decided by him and will depend upon the outcome of investigations.
