well sorry my english, well it rustic, tc of Brazil and my drama began
in late November WWW.WWWW.WW thigh contraction, I decided to do some research on the internet led me to where als, was very frightening somewhat paranoid with this doença.ontem made 180 days I have twitching all over my body, lately I'm having contractions thenar muscle in the hand near the thumb coming up to this mess thumb and caught the same time, this past Sunday I did an exercise, where my right thigh not to jump in, have no apparent weakness or atrophy, sometimes feel a vibration in the region of the perineum, so moving the hip to the vibe, someone has a lot of forum spasms in thighs, ah too many times I am a diabetic hyperglycemia.

this is you first episode or repeatedly having same problem
is there any weakness in your lower limb or upper limb
you need methylcobalamine , muscle relaxant with analgesic
you also need to consult psychiatrist so that he can give you medications to control your symptoms before they become severe
take rest , , hot or cold fomentation
avoid lifting weights
sit with taking support to your back
continue spine extension exersizes
physiotherapy - SWD ,IFT WILL HELP
