Have Ultrasound Report. Can Any Online Doctor Help Me To Read It?

My ultrasound report shows as follows 1.A single live intrauterine fetus in cephalic presentation at present scan Fetel movements: + Fetel cardiac activity: + Placenta: anterior upper seg. Away from os Liquor: adequate, AFI-15CM VARIOUS FETEL GROTH PARAMETERS BPD=39.6mm.= 18W0D HC=140.4 mm= 17W3D AC=123.6mm. = 18W0D FL=23 mm.= 16W6D CGA : 17wks4D EFBW=195g +/- 100g FHR=153bpm Grade: one maturity EDD: 26/08/2013 No evidence of any sonologically detectable congenital anomalies at present scan. DOPPLER OF UTERINE ARTERY REVEALS: PULSTALITY INDEX-0.73, RESISTIVE INDEX:O.49, MIDDLE CEREBRAL ARTERY PI-2.46,RI-1.0, FOETAL THORACIC AORTA PI- 3.73,RI-1.02, UMBILICAL VEIN UMBILICAL ARTERY ARE WITHIN NORMAL LIMITS. IMPRESSION : A single live intrauterine fetus in cephalic presentation with CGA of 17 weeks 4 day at present scan. Is everything normal??Or I need some specific medication. kindly help me DR.

Hello,
1. A single live intrauterine fetus in cephalic presentation: aingle pregnancy within uterus with baby's head downwards (towards mouth of uterus)
2. Fetal movements and cardiac activity: the baby is moving its limbs inside the uterus and also its heart is beating normally (153 beats per minute).
3. Placenta anterior upper sement: Perfectly normal.
AFI (amniotic fluid index - amount of water in which baby bathes), BPD (biparietal diameter - diameter of head), HC (head circumference) and FL (femoral length - length of thigh bone) are all within normal limits.
4. Doppler flow study of blood is also normal.

In short please enjoy your pregnancy joyfully.
Every thing is normal.
