Have Urinary Retention. Have Visited A Number Of Hospitals. No Medication Now. What To Do Now?

I've been to two different hospitals, 3 days in a row, with urinary retention. The urologist literally kicked me out of the hospital, because he was mad that I had gone into two different hospitals 3 days in a row! He yanked out my iv and took out the catheter and said 'get the hell out of here.' It's midnight here in half an hour. I need to do SOMETHING but I obviously can't go back there!
