Have Walking Phenomia, Dry Cough, Panic Attacks, Knot Like Sensation In Throat, Hip Pain. What Is Wrong?

hello I think i have walking phenonia ... it has been almost three weeks but I keep telling myself i dont. how long until it can be fatal? Just had a strange panic attack today ( which are not common have only had 5 or so in 2 years) .. at night symptoms are the worst days are almost perfect. its like i cant inhale all the way at night with out dry cough, but seemed to have gotten better over the last 5 days. BUT when sleeping I wake up with so much pain in my hips under, in the back just deep inside the muscel when I try to roll over im stiff. im only 31 and have never felt this pain before .. any advise ? or comments in regaurds to this maybe something else .. feels like knot is in my throwt as if i were holding back tears. and the left side in way back of throwt burns at night hard to swallo at night ,,, last night was feeling it on the right side slightly. muscels almost feel like i cant control them kind of shaky when at the gym today ..THANK YOU F.
