Have Watery Stools, Mucus In Stools, Weight Loss. Stool Test Shows Pus Cells. Growling Stomach. Problem?

Hi doc m suffering from lose o watery stool from 6 months I hav also noticed mucus in stool n weight loss . I hav done blood tests n stool tests which showed 2 to 4 puss cells in stool n blood test was normal. I hav a growling stomach whole day I took rifagut 400 which showed a little sign of improvement n m currently still taking it. What possiblely is my prob ?? I smoke a lot how ll it affect my current prob pls provide me a solution

Hello! You need totell few more things
1.What is the volume ofstool ie large or small
2. If associated with pain or not, and what is its pattern
3.Whether symptoms of urgency, hesitancy present or not
4. Any systemic symptoms like fever, loss of appetite or any other system involvement like joint pain, any rash over skin
5. whether any blood in stool
6. your age
If you can answer these question, it will be very helpful in reaching to the daignosis and accordingly management

I will advise you to visit a Gastroenterologist who will ask you to get some blood test, Endoscopic examination (UGIE or colonoscopy-depending on your symptoms)
