Having Hypo Plastic Marrow. RBC, WBC And Platelet Minimum Than Required Range. Is It Curable?
My Mom is 66 years old . She has problem with Hypo plastic marrow as per Bone marrow test her RBC WBC and Platelet are decreasing and are in minimum than required range. Her Peripheral smear Report RBC Normocytic Normocromic with mild anisocytosis. WBC- Shows Leucopenia. Platelets reduced in smear. Abnormal cells and haemoparasites are not seen. Bone marrow aspiration cytology report is Cellularity: Hypo cellular marrow. M:E Ratio is 2.5:1. Erythroid series is suppressed with normoblastic reaction. Myeloid Series: Suppressed with normal pattern of Maturation. Megakaryocytic: Suppressed with normal morphology. Parasites are not seen and abnormal cells not seen. Is it possible to cure it? If yes could you provide me good suggestion to precede further treatment please?
