Having A Breast Pain With Headache

my mom is having a breast pain in her right breast and she has been breast feeding for almost two years also she has a fever and a horrible headache she also has body ache but I am assuming it s because of the fever? what could be the problem? this just started last night.

Breast feeding is importent but not for 2 years,as this will creat ojja-skhyam i.e. complete weakness in body.I think this will effect on her milk ducts also.Actually for (feeding) mother this problem occurs generally in India.
