Hi,

The lower abdominal pain and drying mouth are sign of a acid reflux (GERD). I'd suggest to:

- consult GI specialist for further evaluation
- run upper fibrogastroscopy
- eat often and small portions
- do not lay down immediately after eating
- use 2 pillows when sleeping
- avoid chillies, fried, spicy, prickled foods
- avoid coffee, alcohol, carbonated drinks

With regards to the blood coming from your pee hole could be related to possible urinary tract infection, for which I suggest to :

- do urine analysis
- abdominal ultrasound

All the best!
