Having Back Pain And Pain Between Thighs. I Am Male Homosexual. Feel Pain When Erected. What To Do?

Dear Dr,

Good Day. Hope you are doing well. I am a male homosexual guys. I am quite active in masturbation (at least once a day) and will have sex at least 2 weeks ones. Lately for the past 2 months I am having backache and pain in between my thighs (the area between leg and penis) at both site. I really can feel the pain mainly when erected and after ejaculation. Is it anything to do with my activity of masterbation?

hi, the symptoms you describe may be due to swelling or infection in the prostate (it is a gland in the urinary passage below the bladder). consult a urologist for the same. he may advise some tests and an ultrasound examination. a course of tablets would clear the infection. use protection. take care.
