Having Blood In Urine With Elevated ESR And Billirubin. CBC Done, Any More Tests Required?

Hi I am 46 yr old woman, with visible blood in urine, an elevated ESR and elevated billirubin. I am having a full blood count taken, I am so fatigued, and i have work as a nurse all next week, is there anything else the dr needs to examine for thank you

Hi Blood in urine with elevated bilirubin indicate further assessment .Is it frank blood or high coloured urine which is common in jaundice.Frank hematuria may be seen in kidney pathology.So I advise you to consult your physician ,who after examination may ask for Liver function tests and / or kidney function tests and an ultra sonogram of abdomen to find about Liver or kidney pathology and treatment depends on the results of the tests.
