Having Bradycardia While Turning To The Right Side. PICC Line Placed In The Distal SVC. What Is The Cause?

my patient develops bradycardia when she is turned to her right side. she has a picc line in place but it is postioned in the distal svc and is not seen anywhere near the acj let alone in the right atrium . her heart is enlarged and she does carry a diagnosis of chf. what is the specific cause r/t being turned to the right as opposed to being turned to the left

Very difficult to explain. But two possibilty I can think of are Carotid Hypersensitivity and second is cervical chord compression due to some undelaying lesion.
