Having Breast, Back And Leg Pain. Breast Getting Bigger And Itchy, Itchy Vagina During Periods. Concerned

Hi. I am very worried about my fiancee, as she told me that she is having a severe pain in her breast , there are also black spots on her breast, her left breast got bigger than her right breast, there is itching on her both sides but severe on left side breast. She never had sex with anyone, and this is true. There is some area around nipple that feels hard on touching. She also has pain in her lower back, itching around her vagina during periods. Back pain and headachend pain in legs are on daily basis. Please brief me in simple words Thanks

I have gone through your query.For most women one breast will be bigger than the other.You can do self examination clockwise in concentric circles and feel for any lump by hand.If any any such lump is there then a consultation with gynecologist and breast ultrasound should be done.Itching in vagina could be due to yeast infection.In such case i advise clotrimazole ointment or vaginal suppository.If fishy smell is there and there is whitish discharge then bacterial vaginosis should be ruled out.In such case i recommend to use metronidazole or clindamycin with clotrimazole in form of vaginal suppository or oral tab.A routine blood and urine should be checked to rule out any anemia or urinary tract infections.Hope this may help you.
