hi, i have some bumps around the bottom of the shaft of my penis. i've been tested at my doctors office and my results came back negative. what are the possibilities of this?

It could be jsut heat boils kind of things or pimples or blocked sebaceous glands. take a second opinion again if you feel something still might be wrong.
