Having Chest Discomfort While Taking Deep Breath, Headache, Nausea, Going Through Menopause. What Is The Cure?

I am experiencing chest discomfort mainly when I take a deep breath. I have an awful headache with slight discomfort in left neck region. Iam 47 Years old and had a negative stress test last year. I had some nausea earlier but that has passed. Iam trying to get dinner and clean up the kitchen but become SOB with no energy. I am 5'4 and weigh 137 lbs. I need to lose a few lbs but not excessively over weight. Iam going through menopause so I can't count the sweats Iam experiencing

Hi,
new onset shortness of breath may be due to respiratory as well as cardiac reason. I wish if you could go for a chest x-ray and pulmonary function testing to have an idea of obstructive airway disease. In the meantime electrocardiography and if negative treadmill testing will suffice. Do meet your physician for the same...

Also look if you have anemia...If it is will need iron supplements...

Best wishes
