Having Chicken Pox, Sweating Abnormally With Burning Sensation. Help?
I am having chicken pox for last 4 days. I noticed that the area around the body. below my breasts, is sweating abnormally and has become very sensitive. There is a burning sensation and is painful to touch. I am 38 year old female. Has Chicken pox affected my nerves or spinal cord? Should I be seeing a neurologist about this?
Thank you for query. If the diagnosis of chicken pox is confirmed then you need not worry of these symptoms. It is usual to get fever rash and sweating during this period.these are not due to spinal cord or nerves getting affected. You please take complete antiviral drugs dosage recommended by your doctor. no need of Consulting neurologist as of now.Dr Bharatesh D Basti
