I started the gym a couple of days ago and I think that the trainers worked me way too hard. I did a workout on Wednesday and then Thursday, I was extremely sore but they pushed me to still do what everyone else in the circuit was doing 100 pushups then 2 mins break, then the next exercise of 100 and then 2 mins break. Today 3 days later I feel like crying, depressed, headache , my muscles under my breasts are so painful.I ve thrown up once today and I can t stop running to the toilet with diarhea...
It is obvious that you have pushed yourself too hard initially. It is always important to gradually increase you exercise limits so that your body is accostomed to it.
Most of your symptoms will resolve gradually on their own with time. However it is important to take rest and not push yourself into more exercise for a few days.
You can get relief from the pain by taking some pain killers and rest.
