Having Dizziness, Upset Stomach, Slight Fever And Headache. What Could Be This?

Last night at approximately 3:00 AM i woke up and was extremely dizzy when I stood up. I went to bed and when I woke up at 7:00 AM I was still dizzy. It took me an hour or so to get over the dizziness. I did not have any different bowel movements, my stomach was upset but I did not vomit. I was able to eat some cereal. I still have a slight fever and feel weak with a slight headache this afternoon.

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

It's quite natural to experience low energy and feeling dizzy due to disturbed sleep. A glass of fresh citrus juice like lemon with honey or sugar will help you tide over the dizziness.
Take care
