Hi Doc! recently i ve started gym workout and to support it with heavy nutrition, i ve started eating almost 10 egg whites per day now and almost 500-750 grams of boiled chicken... i was okay with the chicken consumption but once i started eggs , i ve started feeling a lot of heat in the body especially having soreness n heavy bleeding during bowl movement... thats somehting im getting worried about.. can you help me on this?
hello Anonymous,
one thing is clear it is not at all necessary to have so many eggs and chicken to support yourself for the gym routine. u can have many other things also that are rich in protein. advise you to stop eating them in this quantity. stop eating it at all. also have plenty of liquids and water. best way is to sip water every half hourly. then visit a nutritionist who can guide you to eat properly.
