Hello Dheeraj and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
Dheeraj, your diagnosis is quite plain and simple. Your urine analysis reports a
urinary tract infection (UTI), for which the treatment is most with antibiotics.
Ciprofloxacin is a good medication to treat UTI's, but if you are resistant to ciprofloxacin then you will not observe a response at all.
In my opinion, you need to undergo a urine culture examination, which will confirm the infection, and provide information on how you respond to various antibiotics. This test will thus guide us in treating you effectively and rapidly.
The need for
cetrizine and vitamin B complex is close to zero, so you could discontinue this, unless there are other indications for the same.
You may continue with the
paracetamol and ciprofloxacin till the urine culture report comes in. You could also discuss adding a urine alkalizer as you seem to be having a burning sensation which is normally seen when the urine is acidic.
In the meantime, please consume plenty of water and add cranberries (fresh or juice) to your diet. This will greatly help in relieving your UTI-related symptoms.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.
Best wishes.
