If there are specific indications of a bacterial infection then the antibiotics can be continued but if not then your doctor may want to reconsider their use. The use of pedialyte is correct because the most important part of treating diarrhoea and vomiting. It is very important to prevent dehydration by replacing all the fluids that your baby is losing.
