Having Hair Loss Problem. Can I Take Biotin Supplement Or Should I Go For Specialist Advice?

hello doctor i have a severe hair loss problem for the past 1 year. I also have very less hair in the crown area of my head. I was just referring to some books and i came across something called a Boitin supplement , can i consume it too or should i take a prescription from a doctor. Does Niacin also help in hair growth. Please advise.

For a good hair growth, niacin, biotin, iron and zinc supplements are necessary along with a high protein diet and regular hair massage. All these supplements are available over the counter and do not need any prescriptions.

Yes , Biotin, Niacin, Zinc and iron are essentil for hair growth and also comb every day 50 times with a wooden comb.
Take healthy diet with adequiate amount of protin and lots of water.


These medicines are available in every medical stores.
