hi my mom went to the eye dr today they dialited her eyes they told us she had 85 of presser in her eye that was at 11 am is 9 pm and she has a really bad headache and a lot of pain in her eyes she was high blood presser diabetis and high cholesterol should I take her to the er

Hello,

Increased pressure in the eye causes severe headache. We doctors call it as glaucoma headache. Severe increase in pressure may at times cause loss of vision.
So I this situation I would advice my patient to consult the doctor and get evaluated.
