Having Hip Pain. X-ray Normal. Told To Be Due To Joints Problem, Possibly Solved By Replacement. Suggest?
I have been having hip pain for the past 6-9months. X-rays do not show anything broken. Two physiotherapists feel that my reduced range of motion indicates a joint problem, possibly solved by replacement. My GP (new in the past year) is trying to find something to make the pain bearable. I want to see a doctor who can find the cause and remedy it. What kind of doctor should I ask to be referred to?
