Sir, I am having itching around my pubic areas n it gets sometime wet and while itching I used to scratch my skin over that very particular areas.... I am having this for many years so kindly suggest me the best something can get me rid of it as soon as possible...

Hi itching around the pubic area and causing wetness can be fungal infection called tinea cruris.it can be caused by superficial fungi of dermatophyte family of species
It presents as itchy hyperpigmented annular patches with scaling.it can be treated by atarax 25 mg at night.flucanazole 150mg weekly once and application of sebifin ointment twice daily
