Having Itching, Body Has Over Heat, Large Bruise, Scratch Marks. What Is This?

My body seems to over heat and I start itching and itching and cannot stop. This affecting me when I go to bed at night and I have to get up and get an ice pack and keep putting it on my arms and legs. This has caused a very large bruse on my leg and awful scratch marks, I am so so fed up I have had this problem around 3 years.

Hello dear you are suffering from urticaria. This is a very chronic condition, need to be treated with anti histamine.
There is no permanent cure for this.
