Having Late Periods, Nausea, And Spotting. Am I Pregnant?

Hi, my period is 11 days late. I started feeling nauseous today but no other pregnancy symptoms other than tiredness and gassyness.

I've taken about 5 pregnancy tests all showing negative and been to the doctors who have asked me to come back next Monday.

I started bleeding earlier today, it was pink and very light and has now stopped.

Could I be pregnant?
