Having Nausea Sensation, Intermittent Vomiting, Low Platelet Count With Acute Weakness. CBP LFT, Dengue And Malaria Tests Done. On Pantoprazole Plus Domperidone, Folvite, ORS Solution. What Next?

My wife 35 yrs.is having nausea sensation with intermitent vomiting and low platelet count 0000~0000 with acute weakness but no fever. The doctor advised for CBP LFT and tests for dengue and maleria. All tests were normal except low platelets. Though platelet level has improved to 0000 the weakness and vomiting sensation is not going. She is taking Pantoprazole plus domperidone caps od and folvite tabs bd . ORS solution once a day. Pls advise next course of action.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Presuming that before this there was fever, that's why doctor advised various tests.
After effect (side effects) of fever is hyper acidity and gastritis.
These two disorder causes nausea,vomiting and heart burn.
When,C B C,Liver Function Test ( LFT) and tests for dengue and malaria , all are normal , so nothing to worry.
Rest , antacid will complete cure your wife.
Please don't be in panic, wait for 3-4 days and all would be well.
