Having Noticed Pain In Shoulder, Leg Muscles And Irritation In Vocal Cord

Hi Dr. Iam a diabetic patient forn 2002 and age of now is 55. Taking insulin morning 26 and evening 24. now I have a problem for my vocal cord. some irritation and something is there I feel. also body pain, shoulder, leg and muscles etc. what treatment should I do.

Dear sir i understand your concern.the symptoms what you are explaining looks like viral fever with throat infection.usually most of diabetic pts will be using statins(drugs for cholesterol)they also can give you muscle cramps.for throat infection. Do lukewarm salt water gargle for thrice a day if not settling advise to see a doctor consider using antibiotics is fever is there......regards
