Hello,

As I was going through the history is there a soreness at one point or multiple?

Because if it's at multiple regions it could be called as knots. but than , this will.be only on probable basis and not an accurate diagnosis.

I will recommend that you need to show this to a proper skin specialist so that you can get a accurate diagnosis which can help to plan the further treatment.

Because certain abnormalities always needs some physical examination. I am not mentioning any thing in particular which can make you panic. So the best thing to do is to visit a good skin specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
