Hello,

I have gone through your query. As you have mentioned that you are suffering from a thyroid condition. And you are currently experiencing a lot of tiredness and lack of energy. Though you have not mentioned the exact thyroid problem you are suffering from, but what I am getting from your history is that probably you are having reduced functioning of thyroid gland.

I feel that either the dose of thyroid hormone prescribed to you is inadequate or you are not taking them regularly. So, you need to get yourself evaluated by "thyroid function blood tests" before changing your medication.

Please note: As you have mentioned that you suffered from a massive heart attack, I would strongly suggest that in your age and with cardiac history, please visit your doctor before changing your thyroid medicine doses and not to do on your own.

Hope I have answered your query
Thanks and regards
