Having Pain In Middle Of Brain, Blurry Vision, Pain In Right Eye, Loss Of Balance. Suggestions?

I am having odd sensations like the following and not always at the same time. Light pain in middle of my brain, sometimes my vision is blurry mostly in my right eye and with pain off and on in my right eye, sometimes my speach is delayed, spaced out lose train of thought,forgetting simple things/tasks, I feel my balance is off when walking

Hi,

Your symptoms of blurry vision R) eye , headache and disturbance in speech wiht imbalance localize the lesion at posterior circulation region of the brain .

You need to consult neurologist for clinical examination and imaging brain to localize the lesion or to rule out structural lesion

blood pressure and sugar also need to be checked .
