Having Pain In The Left Side Of Chest And Breathing Difficulty. What Do I Have?

Hi I just got out of the hospital 2 days ago..... I was out drinking I started breathing heavenly and then very slowly I passed out 4 to 6 * in 1 night.. I was released from the hospital the same night but then went back in there again the very next day ever since I ve been home my chest hurts and I m not breathing normally my chest so very heavy and I keep getting pains on my left side what does this mean?

Hi,
It looks like you are stressed very much. The symptoms are typical of anxiety attacks. All the investigations done in the hospital are normal, hence it is not related to some physical problem. Acute severe gastritis can cause these symptoms. Take antacids.
