Having Painful Intercourse As Vaginal Muscle Got Tighter. How To Overcome This?
I also have another question. I'm 64 and about 5 yrs ago or so I began having painful intercourse as my vaginal muscle got tighter and tighter until i can't even get a vaginal exam with that metal spreader as I'm too small. Is there a way to fix it so I can have intercourse again? I'm married and havent had sex in at least 3 to 4 years.

Painful intercourse is called dyspareunia and it is quite common after menopause due to lowering of body hormones. Vaginal dryness is the most common cause in this context.
Use estrogen cream at bed time and water based lubricant like KY jelly, Vagisil gel before intimation. Hope, this will be helpful.
