Having Painful Rash On Back And Chest, Causing Muscle Pain. Swollen Armpit. Should I Be Worried?

I had what appeared to be a painful rash on my back, which caused considerable localized muscle pain in the same area. Upon noticing that I found swelling in my armpit socket and then a small lump slightly further down in my armpit, about the size of a pea. Now I also have a small rash on my chest which appeared after a soccer game and has now been here for a few days. Should i be worried?

I would suggest you to show it to a skin specialist as rash is not the cause of pain. I think pain is due to pulled muscles. I would advice you to avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weight. Also take myoril or myospaz for pain relief. A pea size nodule in your axilla is a enlarge lymph node. It is present normally also but enlarge in infection. So I think you should not be worried about this.
