Having Pelvic Pain, The Urge To Urinate Often, Burning, Loss Of Appetite, Red Tint, Brown Mucus Discharge. UTI Or Is It More?

i am having pelvic pain , the urge to urinate often, burning when i do urinate and have a loss of appetite . when i urinate there is a redish tint when i wipe, and now there is a red tint and a brown mucus discharge . there are also small chunks of brown discharge in the toilet once i am done. is this a simple UTI or is it more?

It seems that you have urinary tract infection, that has progressed to the stage of cystitis.
I would recommend that you go for urine analysis , urine culture & sensitivity.

Since it can be other possibilities to treatment would be guided by the above tests.
