Having Pink Tissue In Urine, Regular Stomach Cramps, Irregular Periods. Underlying Cause

I have notice small pink tissue in my urine twice in the last week. I think it's from my vagina. Why would this occur? I'm having regular stomach cramps. My periods are generally irregular and my last cycle was sept 20, 2013. I have gone several months without a period before but have never experience this pink tissue come from my vagina. It's small and pale pink in color. Please advise. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
