Having Problem In Bowel Movements. Feels Uncomfortable. Not Cured By Medicine. Is It Diarrhoea?

i have problem with delay in stools ,always it is making me unconfortable ,sometimes it wont allow me to do any work,always uncomfortable.i am suffering from past 2 years,went to doctor twice after finishing the course of drugs again same..problem,sometimes i have to go washroom for every 1-2 hrs ..i think it is diahorea but nt sure...
