Having Red Patch Of Irritated Skin Near Groin. Sore And Painful. Use Deiten. What Could It Be?

Yes. My name is Dennis Davisver. I have what I think might be a heat rash, but I'm not sure. It is a red patch of irritated skin, on both legs near the groin. It is red, painfully sour, and usually happens in the summertime. I treat it by taking hot baths and washing affected areas with a beauty bar type soap. Then, I use Desiten after drying off, and getting out of the bath tub. What am I suffering from? Is it heat rash or something else?
Please help me. Thank you.

hi.. thanks for using HCM..
you are having rashes in the groin which hurts, itches..
it could be tinea cruris, a fungal infection..
see your dermataologist for the examination and treatment with antifungal cream with antibiotics, (probabily it is secondarily infected..)
it is common infection in the groin, because it is moist and warm due to sweating..
after this use clean, comfartable, dry clothes, and dusting powder with antifungal in it..
all the very best.
