Having Some Sensitivity After Inginal Hernia Surgery

i had my inguinal hernia (right) surgery by laproscopy, now feeling better. But have some kind of sensitivity in my right testicles . Do i have to worry about that? Is there any specific reason for that. Need your kind suggestions.

Is there any sweelling and fluld collection. you are just feelig it sensitive there is nothing to worry about that reason, it is reported normal for some time after operation
