Having Stomach Pain, Loose Motions, Taking Cap, No Relief. What Should I Do?

Dear Dr., I am Vikas Gaur having stomach pain & loose motions since 13 July 2012. I took many medicines & changes 7-8 doctors but neither any medicine is showing any effect nor any doctor is able to confirm me the disease.However all the test has been conducted like CECT scan, endocopy, colonoscopy , antibody , HIV , urine , stool tests etc. All the reports are normal. Only in stool test report it was mentioned about Protozoal Parasits- Giardia Lambia(Cyst). My Current doctor suggest me medicines- Lomotil, Darolac,Tryptomer 25mg, Dortin DS. I was taken this dose yesterday night but today morning I am not able to come out of bed,my eyes are not opening, i am feeling weekness.kindly suggest what to do as my doctor is not picking phone.

Dear sir/madam

You might be in dehydration, now dont worry about parasite and bacterias.

The best thing is to do is to restore your vitals such as blood pressure, pulse rate and refluxes intact

Maintain your body hydration with adequate fluids if unable to take orally then take intravenously.

Maintain your blood sugars and electrolytes at normal levels because it will cause muscle weakness and paralysis.
