Having Tendon Contractions And Spasms In Arms And Legs, Painful, Broken Wrists, Headaches. What Can I Do?

I AM HAVING TENDON CONTRACTIONS AND SPASMS IN MY ARMS AND LEFT LEG IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO, I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN WITH IT. FEELS LIKE BOTH MY WRIST ARE BROKEN AND MY ALKALIES TENDON IS HURTING SO MUCH. THEY ARE PULLING UP SO TIGHT THEY ARE ACTUALLY SPRAINING MY WRIST AND ANKLES. IS THERE ANYWAYS TO GET THEM TO STOP. I HAVE MS AND HAVE THE WORSE HEADACHE EVER THAT GETS WORSE WHEN I LAY DOWN

Hi, it appears that the contractions are due to defeciency of calcium, so calcium suppliments especially by injections will help you a lot. So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. After controle to be continued the oral form of calcium. Thank you.
