Having Upper Back Pain. Took Muscle Relaxers. What Could Be This?

I am having upper back pain near my shoulder blade on the left side and it has been more than 6 weeks I am pretty sure and I have tried using muscle relaxing things but it still aches. At first it was just when I took deep breaths but now I feel the acheing pain when I turn or sometimes even just staying still. What could it be?

Welcome to HCM.
Most likely it is fibromyalgia (muscular pain ).
It occurs due to some weight lifting in unequal position, improper position during
sleeping,sitting,working.
You have to take muscle relaxant with nsaid.
Intra muscular injections of nsaid will be helpful to reduce severe pain.
Apply nsaid gel locally.
B12,folic acid,calcium,d3 supplements are advisable.
Physiotherapy is advisable.
Avoid weight lifting till get complete cure.
Start medication and physiotherapy under guidance of orthopedician.
