Having White Liquid Discharge With Brown Particles From Vagina, Itching. Could It Be Yeast Infection Or An STD?

I have been having white liquid discharge, with itching, and small white particles in my vaginal area. I also wipe and there is small brown particles from me wiping my vagina. I kind of feel a little swelling inside my vagina. Could you tell me if its a yeast infection or an STD?

Hi

From the description, it looks like you have developed a candidal infection of the vagina.
Oral intake of antibiotics and immunosuppressive drugs can predisposed one to development of this fungal infection.
Make sure you are not on any such drugs.
You need treatment with vaginal pessaries and oral antifungals.
I would advise you to see a dermatologist so that proper examination and treatment can be done.
Such infections need to be treated on time so as to avoid any further spread.
