Head Hit While Slipped Down The Stairs. Applied Ice To The Bruise. Anything To Worry?

I slipped down the stairs Friday night, hit the back left lower side of my headI..I am sure there is a bruise , I ve used ice, and not really swollen now but sore...i have worked, drove, cooked etc...no problems..maybe a slight headache ...just never have any injuries...anything to worry about...56 yr old female...thank you

you should be go for CT Scan head and follow expert advise
don't take risk.
