Head Injury, Dizziness. Any Suggestions?

Hello, three days ago I fell and hit my head on the hard ground. It was like a whiplash movement. I didn t lose consciousness or had any memory loss , but I did have a lot of dizziness . A medic on the scene said that my crystals in my ear have entered another canal causing the dizziness. Three days later and I am feeling a little better but when I look up or down or side to side and get shorts bursts of dizziness for a few seconds. Any suggestions?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.

I agree with your doctor's clinical impression, that your symptoms are related to ear, called as peripheral vertigo.
This condition would gradually improve on own, and it may take 1-2 weeks.
Betahistine tablets may be used for symptom relief.

I hope it helps.

Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
