Head Injury, Headaches, Weakness. CT Scan Showed Bruising On The Brain. Safe To Fly?

Hi My husband was attacked 1 week ago which lead to him becoming unconcious for approx 5-10 min and after a ct scan found bruising on the brain. He is still suffering bad headaches , feels very weak and wanting to sleep all the time. Is this normal? He is also due to fly to XXXXX in 2 weeks which is a 9 hour flight. will this be safe Many Thanks
