Head Injury, Hit Behind Head, Blurred Vision, Loss Of Sleep. Head Trauma?

I was hit in the back of the head a few times recently. i have noticed that my vision seems blurry. i hadn t gotten enough sleep for a few nights, so i thought that might explain the vision. however, after getting sleep, my vision is still slightly blurry. how likely does it seem that it is a result of the (relatively mild) head trauma?
