Head Injury, Swelling, Tenderness, Lump On Temple Which Pulsates, Headaches, No Pain On Touching. Treatment?

Hi, I got into a fight in late September 2012 and copped a punch to my left temple. It swelled up and was very tender for about a week after. When the swelling went down I noticed a bubble like lump on my temple that pulsates. I get headaches more often now and the lump has not gotten any smaller. I even think the lump has actually moved and am wondering what it is. There is no pain when I touch it. Please help. Thanks :)

Dear patient

Any head lump after head injury which has not subsided after 5 months is cause of concern. You probably need a MRI brain and for that my friend it is important to first get examined by a neurologist
